I received my furniture (terrible furniture) but I am stuck with it.Everything came but the desk.

Back ordered for 3 months. Finally received the desk, hardware was lost in shipping, called to get a hardware package for that desk. They said it would be 3-5 business days...Called on the 10th day. It just shipped that day.

When the hardware pack got here it was missing the main part. The bolts. Called and complained. They don't know when it will be sent out.

THEY ARE ON BACK ORDER FROM CHINA!

Left three messages for a supervisor, never called me back.WORST COMPANY I have ever worked with!

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Missing parts from box and calling customer service.
